How to order
You may place your reservation or order online, or over the phone (612.371.5662), or via email: groupsales@mnorch.org.
Group discount
Groups of 10 or more people receive up to a 20% discount off of the regular single ticket prices on most Minnesota Orchestra concerts and presentations. See our pricing grid for applicable concerts and prices.
Free tickets
Groups receive one free ticket for every 25 tickets purchased for most Classical, Inside the Classics and U.S. Bank Weekender Pops concerts. (Student groups do not receive free tickets.)
Payment information
A deposit is not required to place a reservation. Payment is due six weeks prior to the concert selected. If you are not ready to confirm your order, you may continue to adjust your order with a 50% deposit. Online orders require payment to process.
Seating requests
We will try our best to accommodate your seating requests, but sometimes it is difficult to seat everyone together, especially for larger groups. We seat our regular season orders (September-June) in late summer, and our summer season orders in March, but you can place your request anytime. After the seating process, you will receive a highlighted seating chart in the mail along with your group ticket confirmation. If you order during the season, we can let you know what seats are available right over the phone when you call. Purchase your tickets online to secure exact seats.
Additional fees
In the Group Sales office, we waive the $4.75 service fee normally applied to single ticket orders. Prices quoted include a $2.25 per ticket facility fee.
Receiving your tickets
After your final payment is accepted for your order with a check or major credit card, your tickets will be mailed to you. If you prefer to pick them up in the box office the night of the performance, you can do so, but we limit this service to groups of 20 or less. If purchasing online, you may print your tickets at home.
Coffee concerts
Coffee concerts always include complimentary donuts and coffee prior to the performance.
